Responsibilities:

• Create and publish job ads in various portals.
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.
• Screen resumes and job applications from Darjeeling West Bengal additionally.
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates for specifically post.
