Position  :  Executive HR Business Partner

Job Location : Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Function/Business Area : Human Resources & Training

Salary : up to 5.0 L/A (depends on interview & previous experience)

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end employee life cycle of the Bhopal employees,
• Identify process gap to improve and optimize processes,
• Support in data collation and preparation of reports,
• Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures,
• Ascertain timely resolution of employee queries,
• Ensure basic HR hygiene and support Bhopal team on compliance issues,
• Align with business to implement talent engagement and development initiatives,
• Implement innovative solutions for engaging and motivating the employees
• Communicate organizational policies and processes and ensure its understanding
• Handle overall recruitment through internal or external sources as per hiring guidelines in Bhopal MP.

Education Requirement : Graduate/Master/Post Graduate in Human Resources or related fields.

Experience Requirement : 1 – 3 years from Bhopal Madhya Pradesh.
