Recruitment Consultant – Graduate Freshers Job in Vasco da Gama

Job Description

Currently we are looking for a Recruitment Consultant in Vasco da Gama Goa, who will undertake all hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires. One of e-commerce company building a marketplace for B2C clients on the renewable energy market, currently expanding into Indian markets.

Work Shift: Day

Responsibilities:

• Create and publish job ads in various portals.
• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.
• Screen resumes and job applications from Vasco da Gama Goa.
• Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Interview candidates in-person or on-line for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings in Vasco da Gama Goa

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
• Hands-on experience with the largest job sites
• Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook (can manage local groups of Vasco da Gama city)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• English – advanced
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Team spirit (team worker with Vasco da Gama branch team)
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
• Experience in recruitment on European markets will be an add value.
