Position  :  Executive HR Business Partner

Job Location : Udaipur, Rajasthan

Function/Business Area : Human Resources & Training

Salary : up to 5.0 L/A (depends on interview & previous experience)

 

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end employee life cycle of the Udaipur employees,
  • Identify process gap to improve and optimize processes,
  • Support in data collation and preparation of reports,
  • Monitor grievances and implement disciplinary policies and procedures,
  • Ascertain timely resolution of employee queries,
  • Ensure basic HR hygiene and support Udaipur team on compliance issues,
  • Align with business to implement talent engagement and development initiatives,
  • Implement innovative solutions for engaging and motivating the employees
  • Communicate organizational policies and processes and ensure its understanding
  • Handle overall recruitment through internal or external sources as per hiring guidelines in Udaipur RJ.

 

Education Requirement : Graduate/Master/Post Graduate in Human Resources or related fields.

Experience Requirement : 1 – 3 years from Udaipur Rajasthan.

  • Knowledge of HR policies and processes

  • Analytical and Problem solving skills
  • Should be flexible with the working hours,
  • Negotiation skills
  • Effective Communication skills (Written and Verbal), can easily communicate with Udaipur employees in local language – Rajasthani .
