The Madewell Marketing team is composed of driven and strategic thinkers that are dedicated to finding the most creative and effective ways to execute a full-funnel marketing strategy. Madewell is looking for a passionate, highly motivated brand marketing senior associate to support brand engagement through collateral, product marketing, and experiences in our store channel.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, KPI-driven, and curious about how the Madewell customer thinks and shops. This individual will focus on in-store marketing and be tasked with spearheading programs that connect the store with our site experience, as well as drive brand differentiation in the retail landscape.

We want you to…
Develop product positioning and messaging on all store signage, customer education pieces and special offers.
Demonstrate an understanding of product marketing integration between digital and stores to create an omni-first customer experience.
Manage in-store promo strategy including signage and communication of marketing initiatives to key business partners.
Establish KPIs and develop reporting frameworks to measure in-store program effectiveness and performance.
Ensure Madewell stands out as a leader in the retail landscape by creating compelling initiatives and ongoing in-store experiences that drive brand differentiation and demonstrate superior customer service.
Work with cross-functional partners to identify areas of opportunity that evolve the store experience and create and execute the initiatives that bring new concepts to customers in a creative and impactful way.
Maintain an annual budget.

3+ years of work experience in store marketing or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational/project management skills required
Proven ability to handle time-sensitive projects and prioritize multiple objectives simultaneously, to work independently, and to drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and acute attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
