Serve as a key member of Streem’s GTM leadership team, helping to set business marketing strategy, make critical decisions and drive overall business goals for Streem’s marketing team.
Set, develop and own a winning marketing strategy and execute on it: Messaging and positioning, marketing funnel, demand generation, lead generation, communications, content and event strategies, and refine our marketing operations.
Collaborate across the company: partner with company leadership, product, engineering, sales, customer success, and operations to define strategic priorities, milestones and corresponding forecasts and budgets
Empower and support sales, business development, customer success, partnerships: provide our external facing teams with clear messaging, marketing collateral (including but not limited to: white papers, case studies, presentation decks, partner facing videos and other types of sales/marketing materials
Provide thought leadership: be an exceptional storyteller, able to see the big picture, propose innovative solutions to complex problems, and articulate clear goals, insights, plans and achievements
Be quantitative: Implement OKRs, KPIs, budgets and supporting processes that enable fast and reliable marketing execution which result in positive impact on business performance
Provide thought leadership, strategic insight, and clear communication (written and verbal) to your team and the organization on the company’s growth strategy.
Lead, mentor, and continuous learner: develop a talented team of marketing, content, and digital professionals to deliver valuable contributions to Streem and achieve overall career success
Has a demonstrable record of success in high growth-stage companies leading all aspects of marketing. Ideally, will have 10+ years B2B SaaS marketing experience at both enterprise / commercial SaaS and consumer-facing technology companies
5+ years management experience of marketing teams
Entrepreneurial marketing leader who enjoys building things from scratch and scaling marketing team.
Hands-on with a broad perspective on marketing including product marketing, lead generation campaigns, demandgen programs, ABM, & everything around the funnel
Has been successful in building partnerships with product, sales, and customer success teams to understand the user personas, shape the product roadmap, and successfully bring products to market
Deals effectively with change and pressure while initiating and responding positively to challenges and new ideas
Is excited to get in the details while simultaneously coaching and developing other members of the team to perform at a high level

The incoming salary for this role is $147,300 for the minimum level of experience outlined in the requirements for this role; however, the salary we ultimately offer will typically increase commensurate with experience.
