Responsibilities
Position Overview *(FULLY REMOTE ROLE)*
Develops and implements the strategic direction and plan for the Inside Sales Outbound Team to support and achieve long term growth initiatives. Activities will include Outbound and Inbound Sales calls to impact the potential member and current members Sales Experience. The successful candidate will drive the growth and profitability of all home warranty product lines for American Home Shield (AHS). The leader will develop, evolve and implement product and service standards for the Inside Sales department.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with Business Partner leadership on a weekly basis to foster sales excellence in Outbound Sales.
Manage and maintain effective partnership with all BPO partners.
Collaborate with leadership on an annual plan that aligns with the OKR ( objectives and key results) strategy and goals; and lead communication, associated change management and overall execution of the plan.
Establish yourself with the internal and external leadership as a key member of the AHS leadership team.
Collaborate with leadership on best practices and playbooks.
Define and deliver corresponding needs for successful implementation and adoption.
Collaborate with your Inside Sales peers on common needs across the business to create greater scale and share content and other artifacts to reduce unnecessary work.
Take a hands-on approach in the continuous building, implementing and managing critical Outbound Sales Teams that ensure the organization is well-equipped with the content, training and resources to meet and exceed quotas.
Hires, develops and trains new and existing associates.
Establishes, implements and manages to key management metrics such as conversion rates, calls per hour, file penetration, and cost per transaction.
Develops and presents regular progress reports to senior leadership so that measurement of effectiveness and efficiency can be analyzed to ensure achievement of objectives.
Assigns and manages sales quotas.
Designs, develops and implements end to end sales team processes to enable double digit growth.
Qualifications
Job Requirements
A minimum of 10 years of contact center sales experience with a focus of creating sales operation best practices and the optimal member sales excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in business field or comparable work experience
Knowledge of principles and methods for promoting and selling products or services over the phone
Ability to use Microsoft products
Ability to be persuasive and overcome sales objections
Ability to manage multiple projects in a professional manner
Skilled in handling conflict resolution
Ability to work independently according to procedures and policies
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Required Qualifications
∙ Minimum 5 years of business/management experience.
∙ Minimum 2 Years of Experience Dealing with or collaboration with Business Partners
Preferred Qualifications
Career Advance and/or experience in developing programs to advance frontline careers
Retail and/or Corporate experience.
Extensive Outbound Sales Experience
Lead Optimization and Prioritization Experience
Ability to understand the metrics and drivers to business performance.
Project management experience.
Master’s Degree/MBA preferred.

Incumbent must be prepared to:
Be on camera and ready to present. (Will present and interact on camera daily.)
Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones, etc.
Fingering and Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
Express or exchange ideas with others using spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction.
As a condition of employment, Incumbent is required to have:
Ability for occasional travel to meet with BPO and vendor partners. (Domestically and internationally)
Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
