Responsibilities

Frontdoor is looking for an Account Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for growing FTDR’s sales, developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will identify, analyze and help the team grow in your location. Also, the Account Manager does the following:

Grow sales volume with existing accounts while driving to acquire new relationships and customers.
Develop business relationships with the real estate community through one-on-ones, group presentations and respond to their sales inquiries and service needs.
Leverages and analyzes data to gain deep understanding of local market, identify opportunities and continually develop and implement strategies/tactics to grow existing business.
Partners with team members to build business plans and deliver quarterly reviews to customers.
Partner with your Business Development Manager to ensure adherence to agreements with external partners, including reporting, communication, and service levels.
Works with Regional/Divisional teams to highlight specific geographic opportunities and makes recommendations for resolutions.

Position Location: Nashville, TN preferred

1-3 years sales or related work experience preferred.

Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.

Close visual acuity to perform detail-oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
