Frontdoor is looking for a Principal Product Manager to join the Frontdoor team! In this role, you will collaborate with numerous cross functional teams to identify, define and specify solutions to exceed customer’s expectations including but not limited to; seeking data from internal and external customers to test hypothesis, pilot initiatives, and help shape the Future of Frontdoor. You will experience a wide range of problem-solving situations, strategic to real-time, requiring extensive use of data collection and analysis, and you will prepare and execute regular product roadmap updates to senior leadership.

Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, identify early trends, develop solutions, and prioritize opportunities for improvements.
Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically lead business and product teams to define and deliver solutions
Are a self-starter and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
Enjoy solving problems, particularly those that involve finding the balance between competing priorities.
Like both getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks and being able to take a step back to identify opportunities for improvement.
Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas, and continually looking for new approaches to better align the business
Are a visible and vocal role model across the wider business for Frontdoor’s House Rules.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of product management or consulting experience that includes building and launching technology-based products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
Collaborates with peers and leaders across the enterprise to solicit needs, define vision and ensure outcomes align with priorities and goals
Drives ownership of features and services throughout the product lifecycle for our cross-channel customer experiences
Partners with UX, Research, and Engineering on feature design and development in an agile software development environment
Analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Not daunted by large abstract goals and have the skill and experience to break down the problem into meaningful, incremental steps
Has a good sense of judgement and estimation, and enjoy being the voice of reason for all parties in a discussion
MBA, or other general management experience
Demonstrated experience defining product vision, strategy and roadmap
Demonstrated experience defining, building, and shipping products in an ambiguous environment, with completion of full product lifecycle (from concept through launch)
Develops a/b testing plan with analytics where appropriate
Report on key metrics and performance indicators to measure effectiveness of product and program performance.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

The incoming salary for this role is $175,000 for the minimum level of experience outlined in the requirements for this role; however, the salary we ultimately offer will typically increase commensurate with experience.
