Responsibilities

-Act as a core team member in a company-wide strategic initiative to simplify and standardize our coverages across all of our brands

-Oversee the development and maintenance of coverage explanations, training and support materials, business processes documentation, performance reporting, and the delivery of regular updates to leaders across the organization

-Conduct deep dives on individual coverages to ensure that they are operating as designed by analyzing member feedback and satisfaction, cost and usage data, and feedback from associates

-Ensure that our contract coverages are best in class by benchmarking competition and researching consumer and industry trends

-Deliver insights and partner with Marketing, Engineering, Sales, Contractor Relations and Legal teams to make recommendations about updates to existing contract coverages as well as new contract coverages.

The incoming salary for this role is$155,000 for the minimum level of experience outlined in the requirements for this role; however, the salary we ultimately offer will typically increase commensurate with experience.
