Responsibilities

Responsible for operating, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, upgrading and implementing changes to a Citrix 7.15 environment including applications that support mission critical business operations at Frontdoor. Perform application implementations, upgrades, system testing, problem resolution, and performance monitoring. Performs load testing and performance tuning as needed. Perform monthly patching and maintenance of golden images and updating machine catalogs in compliance with Security policies. Perform end user support and serve as escalation point for Helpdesk and Deskside specialists. Responsible for improvement projects affecting the Citrix infrastructure. Ensures server system security and 24/7 availability and provides assistance and training to other administrators as needed. Assist the Asset Management Team in the build out of thin client images. Improve efficiencies to reduce EC2 running costs.

Qualifications

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related and 5 years of experience in Citrix, NetScaler ADC, and systems administration, including at least 3 years in the following:

Management of AWS cloud infrastructure: EC2, ELB, EBS, networking, backups
Advanced knowledge of managing a Citrix environment with Powershell
Windows server environment: Server 2012, 2016, and 2019
Citrix XenApp 7.15 (Virtual Apps/Desktops)
Citrix StoreFront, NetScaler ADC, Citrix Printing, and Profile Management
Technical and end user documentation creation
Windows Services: SFTP, DFS, Active Directory, GPO, DNS Management
Windows Server image creation and updates.
SQL server HA configuration including failover cluster management
Must have MCSA certification
